- 1. Upon delivery, inspect all items for obvious damageand if found not the damaged items on the bill of lading. If there are signs of possible concealed damage, like a tear on the packaging, please open the package and check. We will replace damaged items immediately, so don't refuse to accept them, just make a note on the paperwork so we can file a freight claim. Also take pictures of any damaged items so we can forward them to the shipper.
2. All products must be inventoried in at time of pick up, once material is signed for, your signature is confirmation product is received, signature is FINAL word of receipt . If you have questions please call while the driver is there so we can straighten out any issues.
3. Should you find a damaged cabinet during the assembly process, please advise us asap. Send digital pictures of the damage and we'll ship replacement parts or a complete cabinet as necessary.
4. Notify us immediately of any shipping or damage problem. Email Billy or call (386) 206-5329.
5. Determine the extent of damage, if a cabinet only has bent hinge or missing screw, etc. then a new repair part can be sent out. If the cabinet box is damaged, you may need a complete new cabinet for replacement. Small items such as a hinge can be sent out quickly, without sending the old part back to us.
6. Notify shipping agent immediately if wrong sku is in shipment or incorrect quantities, please do not sign document confirming job is shipping 100% complete if it is not. If you sign for the material you own it. - Privacy & Security
- This site is protected by SSL so that your account and passwords are handled in a secure enviornment. Payment transcations are handled off site in a secure encrypted website provided by Elavon Payment Processing. They provide security so that we never have access to your financial information. After the transcation is approved they give us the last four numbers of your card for refrence. Please make sure that the billing address that you use on our site is the same as the address on your credit card statement. It may decline if these addresses don't match. We also require the CVN numbers from the back of the card for additional security.
- Returns & Replacements
- Returns are not allowed and all sales are final. Please check your order carefully before you place it. If you leave something off of an order let me know ASAP. I may be able to add it to the shipment or you may need to place another order and have it shipped seperately.
- Ordering
- Ordeers are very easy to place here on the website. If you have any problems call Billy at (386) 206-5329 and I'll go through it with you. After your order is placed the site will send you an email confirming that your order was received and is in process. When your order ships, we'll send an invoice via email with the shippers information so that you can track you shipment while it's enroute.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- Payments are collected via Credit Card or PayPal when products are ordered. Pricing is displayed at the sku level and again in the shopping cart. Prices are set by and at the sole discretion of Online Cabinet Sales, Inc. Promotions may be run from time to time as well and will be fully described on the site.
- Viewing Orders
- Orders and status can be viewed by logging into your account from any page on the site. Just click on "Log-in" at the top right.
